EVENTS

I woke up at 6:20 and went to school. My waist was so hurt so my condition was not good. In school, first period was writing. We studied about grammer and next class was bible. In bible class, we took the summative quiz. I was happy because I did well on that test. Third period was Geometry and teacher said we are going to take the quiz tomorrow. After lunch, I took English and History class and went to hospital.


EMOTIONS

I went to hospital. Doctor said my waist is hurt because my waist is weak but I sat for so long time. I think it is because I sat so long time and didn't do excercise on Monday. Doctor also said I have to aviod sitting for long time and doning an excercise. Therefore, I can not go to volleyball game..I am sad.


EDUCATIONS

I leaned that I should do some excercise after sitting and I had to avoid sitting for long time.
